Naimisharanya Misrikh Pilgrimage Tour (3 Night / 4 Days)

• If cancellation is made 30 days before the date of travel,then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation is made 15  to 30 days before the date of travel, then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation is made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• In case of Natural calamity / Strike / Political disturbances, if roads remain open – the above cancellation policy will be applicable.

Note :  No refund will be issued for any unutilized services after the commencement of the tour, regardless of the reason

• Min 30% at the time of booking
• Remaining should be paid minimum 30 days before the date of travel, For hotel specific booking you have to pay 50% at the time of booking
• Onground payments not allowed

• For Group + Private departures, If rescheduling/ modification is done 15 days before date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as the rescheduling fees
• For hotel specific, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as the rescheduling fees
• No rescheduling/ modification available between 0-15 days before date of travel
• Rescheduling validity extended to one year from existing date of travel 

Modification Charges

• In case of change in No. of people,route, vehicle, no. of days, like etc a new quote is to be provided to the customer
   

• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
