YOUR ITINERARY (DAY WISE)

Day-1

Dehradun [652 M] – Kedarnath [3583M]

Arrive at Dehradun. Meet us at Sahastradhara helipad. Board heli for Kedarnath Ji. It will take around 30 – 40mint to reach Kedarnath. Upon arrival our representative will lead you for VIP darshan of Kedarnath Ji. Pray and praise the lord, take blessings and head back to helipad.

Kedarnath [3583] – Badrinath [3100M] Fly from Kedarnath to Badrinath for Badri Narayan Ji Darshan. It will take around 30 – 40mint to reach Badrinath. Upon arrival go for VIP Badrinath Ji Darshan. Have darshan and perform Puja at Badrinath. After Darshan go for Lunch at Natraj Sarovar Portico. Delicious veg meal will be served to our pilgrims here. Enjoy the beautiful view of Mountains and greenery. If time allows you can visit Mana village as well.

Badrinath [3100M]- Dehradun [652 M] Return back to Dehradun by evening. It takes around an hour to reach Sahashtradhara Helipad. With the blessings of almighty, we will return from here to our homes.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Fill up Chardham Yatra 2024 Registration form.
Pay the non-refundable registration amount in a corporate bank account or online and mention the transaction number on the registration form.
Attach a self-attested copy of identity proofs, like a valid Indian passport or Aadhaar card, and two photographs.
Attach 1st & Last Page of valid ID Proof.
Send 1 month before the Yatra Date:
Original self-attested physical fitness certificate from any MBBS doctor, not more than 1 month old from the Yatra date. (Ask for a format from us.).
E-mail Registration Form, Aadhar / Voter ID Scan & Transaction number on chardham@triptotemples.com & accounts@triptotemples.com
Send self-attested hard copies on office address.

⮚ Carry the original Aadhaar card (1st priority) or passport (2nd option) during the yatra.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

It is our most important aim that you enjoy your holiday and that we earn your trust. However, we are not responsible for any cancellation due to any unforeseen disputes, weather-related issues, natural calamities, technical failure of any type of transport we use, loss of earnings,Weather, late arrivals or force majeure, or any items beyond our control.
After booking, if you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify Trip To Temples in writing at accounts@triptotemples.com or adik@triptotemples.com.
Once Trip To Temples receives your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following:

● 50% refund on cancellations between 21 and 45 days.
● 30% refund on cancellations between 15 and 20 days.
● 20% refund on cancellations between 11 and 14 days.
● No refund before 10 days of departure or Yatra denial by local doctors during medical check-up in Yatra.

The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. We can accept replacements from customers without any cost for up to 20 days from the Yatra date with complete documents.
All refunds and cancellations are applicable as per the cancellation policy, with a processing time of 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
