YOUR ITINERARY (DAY WISE)

Day-1

Varanasi

Pick up from the Varanasi Airport/Railway station and check in at the hotel. Enjoy Ganga Aarti. Get a glimpse of spiritualism at the Ganga Ghats (Riverfront). Enjoy the Ganga Arti on a Boat (optional and at own cost), Night stay at the hotel in Varanasi.​

Day-2

Varanasi Local Sighseeing

Early morning, you will be taken for a boat ride on the Ganges. It is a mystical and spiritual experience as you watch people offering water to the Sun God and devotees taking a holy dip in the Ganges. Visit all the famous Ghats of Varanasi via boat. Later, visit the most religious Kashi Vishwanath temple (One of the Jyotriling) and Shri Vishalakshi Mata temple (One of the Shaktipeetha). Return to the hotel for breakfast. ​Annapurna Temple. The Bharat Mata temple. Sankat Mochan (Hanuman temple) Manas Mandir and Banaras Hindu University. In the afternoon, visit Sarnath, a place where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples. In Sarnath Visit: Buddha Temples, The Dhamekha Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Archaeological Museum
​Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day-3

Varanasi - Bodhgaya (300 KMs / 6 Hrs)

Early morning, after having breakfast, we will be taken on a road trip to Bodhgaya. It takes around 6 hrs to reach Bodhgaya. When we reached Bodhgaya check-in to the hotel. Then we will proceed to visit the famous spot in Bodhgaya that covers the Bodhi tree, Maha Bodhi temple, Buddha statue, and others. Later we will continue to visit other attractions that include Ram Chura, Janki Temple, and Sitakund. After that, we return to the hotel by evening. Stay overnight in Bodhgaya.

Day-4

Bodhgaya Sightseeing

After having breakfast, we will drive to Gaya, which is famous for its unique temples. When we reach Gaya first, we will visit the famous Vishnupad temple where you can see the footprint of lord Vishnu, and then we will visit the Vishnu temple, Chinese temple, Tibetan temple, Japanese temple, Phalguna river. By evening we return back to Varanasi. Overnight stay at hotel in Varanasi.

Day-5

Departure

After breakfast, explore the streets independently. Afterward, you will be dropped off at the Railway station / Airport for your departure.

2) After finalizing your package, you'll receive a payment email with Itinerary, Inclusions, Exclusions & Payment Policy. Pay via the official payment link or directly to Divine Mantra PVT. 3) Expect final confirmation and acknowledgement from your Destination Expert within 2-3 days after payment

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • If cancellation is made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation is made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation is made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In case of Natural calamity / Strike / Political disturbances, if roads remain open – the above cancellation policy will be applicable.

Note :  No refund will be issued for any unutilized services after the commencement of the tour, regardless of the reason

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Min 30% at the time of booking
  • The remaining amount should be paid a minimum of 30 days before the date of travel. For hotel-specific booking, you have to pay 50% at the time of booking
  • Onground payments not allowed

ALTERATION POLICY

  • For Group + Private departures, If rescheduling/ modification is done 15 days before date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as the rescheduling fees
  • For hotel specific, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as the rescheduling fees
  • No rescheduling/ modification available between 0-15 days before date of travel
  • Rescheduling validity extended to one year from existing date of travel 

Modification Charges

  • In case of change in no. of people,route, vehicle, no. of days, like etc a new quote is to be provided to the customer

NOTE

  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
